A guide to correct pedalling technique

There’s no doubt about it – training is key to a successful triathlon race. After all, if you don’t have the endurance to back up a two-hour event, that hill on the bike course will suddenly feel like you’re climbing Kilimanjaro.

Watch this video for tips on getting the perfect pedal stroke and best bike position. When you’ve mastered that, put your skills to the test at a World Triathlon Series event. Join the world’s largest triathlon in Hamburg or ride along the sandy beaches in San Diego. Click here for more information on WTS races.
