After learning how to stabilize your core in last week’s video tips, it’s time to improve your coordination in the water. All that added power you gained from increasing your core work will go to waste if it’s not used in an efficient manner.

But coordinating breathing, pulling and kicking while rolling your body is no small feat. Not to worry, rhythm is the solution to this riddle.
