Las muchas partes dinámicas del área de transición crean situaciones impredecibles, por lo que debéis practicar escenarios diferentes para asegurar que estáis listo para todo. Una manera de prepararos es diseñar situaciones que podríais encontrar, y concentraros en la visión y respiración para lograr tu propio ritmo durante la transición.
