Consejos esenciales de triatlón: la llegada
Como dice el dicho popular todo lo bueno tiene un final y por eso hoy les ofrecemos el último vídeo de la serie de “consejos esenciales de triatlón”. Pensamos que el mejor modo de concluir esta serie es referirnos al momento en que el mismo evento de triatlón finaliza: la llegada.
Para el atleta llegar es un logro, un momento de regocijo, no importa si completas la carrera corriendo, caminando, gateando…cruzar la meta es digno de celebrar. Debes felicitarte por haberlo logrado, celebrar tu propio éxito y esfuerzo. Tómate un momento para saludar a los competidores, sonreir a la cámara y prmiarte por tamaña hazaña deportiva. Después de todo, el triatlón tiene que ver con desafiar tus propios límites, y completar la carrera prueba que tienes coraje y decisión.
